Brian Godfrey is the managing parter of Capital View Accounting. Brian graduated from Weber State University with his Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He then attended the University of Utah where he graduated with honors and received his Master of Accounting. Brian then earned his CPA license from the state of Utah.

Brian has a unique background in both private and public accounting. He has worked full-time with QuickBooks and has an in-depth knowledge of it. Brian has also worked at some of the largest CPA firms in the world including Deloitte & then at BDO. Brian found a passion working with privately held businesses and worked for a regional firm that gave him exposure to privately held businesses. Brian has worked with all sizes of businesses and industries. Brian's expertise lies in taxes & accounting.

Brian started Capital View Accounting to assist businesses and individuals sustain financial feasibility by helping them make well-informed decisions to ethically minimize their tax liabilities. Brian doesn't just aim to provide the best accounting and tax services at Capital View, but he truly cares about the well-being and success of his clients and their businesses. He is passionate about working with people and building lasting relationships. He focuses on providing value and proficiency to clients through hard work and leveraging technology.
